复方克林霉素搽剂加维胺酯乳膏治疗痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对复方克林霉素搽剂联合维胺酯乳膏在痤疮中的治疗效果进行调查。方法:收治痤疮患者70例,随机平分为两组,观察组采用复方克林霉素搽剂联合维胺酯乳膏治疗,对照组采用维胺酯乳膏进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后痤疮评级Ⅰ级27例,Ⅱ级6例,对照组治疗后痤疮评级Ⅰ级15例,Ⅱ级11例,与观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方克林霉素搽剂联合维胺酯乳膏在痤疮患者中的治疗效果更为理想。Objective:To investigate the effect of compound clindamycin liniment combined with viaminate cream in thetreatment of acne.Methods:70 patients with acne were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The observationgroup was treated with compound clindamycin liniment combined with viaminate cream,while the control group was treated withviaminate cream.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There were 27 cases with acne rating grade Ⅰ,and 6 cases with grade Ⅱ of patients in the observation group,while there were 15 cases with acne rating grade Ⅰ,and 11 caseswith grade Ⅱ of patients in the control group,compared with the observation group.There were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of compound clindamycin liniment combined with viaminate cream in the treatment of acne ismore ideal.
