新咽灵气雾剂对缓解气管插管术后咽喉部症状的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨新咽灵气雾剂对缓解气管插管术后咽喉部症状的效果。方法:收治气管插管全身麻醉手术治疗患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统宣教,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用新咽灵气雾剂,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组咽喉疼痛消失时间、吞咽疼痛消失时间、咽喉异物感消失时间、声音嘶哑消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对气管插管术后患者采用新咽灵气雾剂,能显著缩短患者咽喉不适持续时间,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xin Yan Ling aerosol on relieving the throat symptoms after trachealintubation.Methods:140 patients with tracheal intubation general anesthesia operation were selected.They were randomly dividedinto the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the traditional education.The observation groupadded Xin Yan Ling aerosol on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In theobservation group,the disappearance time of throat pain,the disappearance time of swallowing pain,the disappearance time offoreign body sensation,and the disappearance time of voice hoarse were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xin Yan Ling aerosol for patients after tracheal intubation can significantly shorten the duration of throatdiscomfort and improve the quality of life.
