摘　　要：目的:分析胎盘残留并部分植入肌层超声声像图特点。方法:收集32例经手术证实的胎盘残留并部分植入肌层患者资料,结合以往文献,对超声声像图特点进行分析。结果:根据胎盘绒毛侵入子宫肌层的程度,胎盘植入分为粘连性胎盘、胎盘植入和穿透性胎盘。本组32例患者超声正确诊断26例,误诊6例,准确率81.25%。结论:超声对胎盘残留并植入在诊治过程具有诊断应用价值。Objective:To analyze the ultrasound ultrasonographic characteristics of placental remnants and partially implantedmuscle layer.Methods:The data of 32 patients with placental remnants and partially implanted muscle layer which confirmed byoperation were selected.Combined with the previous literatures,the ultrasound ultrasonographic characteristics were analyzed.Results:According to the degree of placental villi invasion of uterine muscular layer,the placenta implantation was divided intoadhesion placenta,placenta implantation and placenta percreta.In this group,32 patients were diagnosed by ultrasound,26 caseswere diagnosed correctly;6 cases were misdiagnosed;the accuracy rate was 81.25% .Conclusion:Ultrasound has diagnostic andapplication value in the diagnosis and treatment process of placental remnants and implantation.
