开展品管圈活动提高消化道出血患者预防跌倒依从性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动提高消化道出血患者预防跌倒依从性的效果。方法:成立品管圈,确立"提高消化道出血患者预防跌倒依从性"活动主题,按照品管圈活动步骤开展活动,分析影响患者预防跌倒依从性的因素,针对原因拟定并实施对策。结果:品管圈活动使消化道出血患者预防跌倒依从性从29%提高到68.7%。结论:开展品管圈活动可有效提高消化道出血患者预防跌倒依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of improvement of the compliance of prevention of falls in patients with gastrointestinalbleeding with the development of the quality control circle.Methods:We set up the quality control circle and established the themeof the activities with "to improve the compliance of patients with digestive tract hemorrhage".According to the quality controlcircle activity steps,we carried out the activities,and analyzed the factors that influence the compliance of patients to prevent falls,formulated and implemented countermeasures according to the reasons.Results:The compliance of prevention of falls of patientswith gastrointestinal bleeding was improved from 29% to 68.7% through the quality control circle.Conclusion:Carrying out qualitycontrol circle activities can effectively improve the compliance of prevention of falls of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
