摘　　要：目的:探讨超声诊断在急性尿路梗阻所致尿外渗中的临床应用价值。方法:病例组和对照组患者均应用SIEMENS及ACUSON CV70彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查,将结果分别进行四格表χ2检验。结果:126例经手术治疗急性尿路梗阻的患者中,81例急性尿路梗阻无尿外渗,45例急性尿路梗阻致尿外渗。结论:肾包膜下积液对超声诊断尿外渗的特异性较高,超声检查能较准确地诊断急性尿路梗阻所致的尿外渗并评估尿外渗的程度,并为临床提供影像学依据及预后随访。Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary extravasation caused by acute urinary tractobstruction.Methods:The case group and control group were given SIEMENS and ACUSON CV70 color doppler ultrasounddiagnostic apparatus check,the results were analyzed by fourfold table χ 2 test.Results:In 126 patients with acute urinary tractobstruction treated with operation,there was no urinary extravasation in 81 cases with acute urinary tract obstruction,45 cases withacute urinary tract obstruction had urinary extravasation.Conclusion:Renal subcapsular effusion was the high specificity forultrasonography in diagnosis of urinary extravasation,ultrasonography can accurately diagnose urinary extravasation caused byacute urinary tract obstruction and evaluate the degree of urinary extravasation,it provided the basis of imaging and prognosisfollow-up for clinic.
