摘　　要：目的:探讨肺结核流行病调查在血清锌水平中表现出来的意义。方法:收治活动期肺结核患儿36例为甲组,非活动期肺结核患儿34例为乙组,正常体检儿童38例为丙组,检测所有入组者的血清锌水平,比较3组的结果。结果:甲组血清锌水平显著低于乙组和丙组(P<0.05),乙组和丙组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清中锌含量能够作为肺结核病情发展的一项重要指标。Objective:To explore the significance of epidemiological survey of tuberculosis in serum zinc level.Methods:36children patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the A group,34 children patients with inactive pulmonarytuberculosis were selected as the B group,38 cases of normal children were selected as the C group,serum zinc levels of the threegroups were detected,and we compared the results of the three groups.Results:The serum zinc of A group was significantly lowerthan that of B group and C group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between B group and C group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum zinc content can be used as an important indicator of the development of pulmonary tuberculosis.
