摘　　要：目的:探讨RhD阴性孕妇产生的血清抗体。方法:对1例RhD阴性的孕妇进行抗体检测。结果:该患者血清中检出抗-DC抗体,其效价是4。结论:对于RH阴性的孕妇进行抗体筛选具有重要意义,可避免输血反应的发生。Objective:To investigate the serum antibody produced by RhD negative pregnant women.Methods:Serum antibody wasdetected in 1 pregnant women with RhD negative.Results:Anti DC antibody was detected in serum of this patient,and its titer was4.Conclusion:For RH negative pregnant women,antibody screening has important significance,it can avoid the occurrence oftransfusion reaction.
