针灸治疗神经性头痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究神经性头痛治疗中采用针灸治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:收治神经性头痛患者86例,平分为两组,对照组给予常规药物进行治疗,试验组在此基础上给予针灸治疗,对比、分析临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,试验组的治疗总有效率明显较高,头痛持续时间及发作频率明显较少,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经性头痛治疗中采用针灸治疗方法有较为显著的疗效,不但提升了治疗总有效率,同时减少了康复时间。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of neuropathic headache.Methods:86 patients with neuropathic headache were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group were treated with routine drugs,on this basis,the experimental group was given acupuncture treatment.We made a comparative analysis of clinical therapeutic effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher;the duration and frequency of headache were significantly decrease;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture in the treatment of nerve headache has a significant effect,not only improving the total efficiency of treatment,but also reducing the recovery time at the same time.
