摘 要:目的:探讨成人支气管哮喘患者变应原分布特点及SIgE与IL-2血清蛋白表达的相关性。方法:收治哮喘患者67例和同期健康体检者60例,进行变应原检测,同时检测IL-2、SIgE血清蛋白表达。结果:67例哮喘患者系统变应原过筛总阳性率94%,其中吸入变应原阳性率69.4%,食物变应原阳性率30.6%,艾蒿和树木组合(柳树/杨树/榆树)是最主要和最强烈的变应原,吸入变应原的致敏性较食物变应原强。哮喘组IL-2、SIgE血清蛋白表达与对照比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SIgE与IL-2血清蛋白呈负相关。结论:在过敏因素中,吸入性变应原是诱发支气管哮喘的主要因素,而艾蒿、树木组合(柳树/杨树/榆树)等又是吸入变应原中的主要变应原,特异性变应原能促进SIgE的分泌,IL-2可能抑制SIgE。Objective:To investigate the allergen distribution characteristics of adult patients with bronchial asthma and the correlation between the expression of SIgE and IL-2 in serum.Methods:67 patients with asthma and 60 cases received healthy physical examination in the same period were selected.Allergens were detected in patients.The expression of IL-2 and SIgE in serum were detected simultaneously.Results:The total positive rate of system allergen was 94% in 67 patients with asthma,the positive rate of inhaled allergens was 69.4% ,and the positive rate of food allergens was 30.6% .Mugwort and tree combination(willow/poplar/elm) were the most important and the most potent allergens.The sensitization of inhaled allergens was stronger than that of food allergens.The expression of IL-2 and SIgE in the asthma group were different from that in the control group(P<0.05),and SIgE and IL-2 serum protein was negatively correlated.Conclusion:Among the allergic factors,inhaled allergens are the main factors to induce bronchial asthma.The mugwort and tree combination(willow/poplar/elm)are the major allergen of inhalation allergen,and specific allergens can promote the secretion of SIgE,IL-2 may inhibit SIgE.
