静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的疗效。方法:收治重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常患者86例,据治疗方案不同分为对照组(常规治疗)与试验组(常规治疗+静脉注射胺碘酮),观察两组疗效。结果:试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);用药后48 h,试验组的心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF)、动脉压(MAP)、E峰与A峰(E/A)均显著改善,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:静脉注射胺碘酮可有效改善老年重度心力衰竭合并心律失常患者症状,改善血流动力学参数,安全性相对较高。Objective:To explore the curative effect of intravenous injection amiodarone in the treatment of elderly severe heartfailure combined with rapid arrhythmia.Methods:86 patients with severe heart failure combined with rapid arrhythmia wereselected.They were divided into the control group(conventional treatment) and the experimental group(conventional treatment andintravenous injection amiodarone) according to the different treatment plan.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 48hours after administration,the cardiac index(CI),ejection fraction(EF),arterial pressure(MAP),E peak and A peak(E/A) of theexperimental group were significantly improved,and they were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous injection amiodarone can effectively improve the symptoms of elderly patients with severe heart failureand arrhythmia,improve the hemodynamic parameters,and the safety is relatively high.
