摘　　要：目的:探讨激素替代治疗对老年女性内分泌及脂代谢水平的影响。方法:收治老年妇女60例,采用激素替代治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:激素替代治疗可有效控制老年女性患者的内分泌情况,缓解围绝经期症状。Objective:To explore the effect of hormone replacement therapy on the level of endocrine and lipid metabolism inolder women.Methods:60 elderly women were selected.They were given hormone replacement therapy.We observed thetherapeutic effects.Results:After treatment,low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),estradiol(E2),luteinizinghormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hormonereplacement therapy can effectively control the endocrine status of elderly female patients,alleviate the symptoms of menopause.
