布拉酵母菌联合去乳糖奶粉治疗婴幼儿继发性乳糖不耐受症疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨布拉酵母菌联合去乳糖奶粉治疗婴幼儿继发性乳糖不耐受症的临床疗效。方法:收治继发性乳糖不耐受症婴幼儿150例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组给予去乳糖奶粉治疗,观察组给予布拉酵母菌联合去乳糖奶粉治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗3 d好转率、治疗5 d治愈率、治疗第3天大便次数、第5天大便次数、止泻时间、总治疗时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:布拉酵母菌联合去乳糖奶粉治疗婴幼儿继发性乳糖不耐受症临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactose-free formula inthe treatment of infantile secondary 1actase intolerance.Methods:150 cases of infants with secondary 1actase intolerance weredivided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was givenlactose-free formula,and the observation group was given saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactose-free formula.Theclinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences of recovery rateafter three days of treatment,cure rate after five days of treatment,stool frequency in the third day of treatment,stool frequency inthe fifth day of treatment,antidiarrheal time,total treatment time between groups(P<0.05).There were no obvious adversereactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii combined with lactose-free formula in the treatment of infantilesecondary 1actase intolerance had significant clinical curative effect.
