脑电地形图在病毒性脑炎诊断中的应用

摘  要:目的:探讨脑电地形图在病毒性脑炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治病毒性脑炎患者60例,采用脑电地形图检查,分析检查结果。结果:60例患者脑地形图均表现异常,其中局灶性高δ频段5例(8.3%),弥漫性α1频段、α2频段、α3频段和β频段降低或θ频段增高22例(36.7%),弥漫性θ频段和δ频段增高33例(55.0%)。结论:脑电地形图具有无创、重复性好的优点,在诊断病毒性脑炎方面有着重要的临床意义。Objective:To explore the application of brain electrical activity mapping in diagnosis of viral encephalitis.Methods:60patients with viral encephalitis were selected,and they were given brain electrical activity mapping.We analyzed the results of theexamination.Results:The brain topographic maps of 60 patients were abnormal.Among them,5 cases(8.3% ) were focal high δband;22 cases(36.7%) were diffuse α1 band,α2 band,α3 band and β band reduction or θ band increase;33 cases(55.0%) werediffuse θ band and δ band increase.Conclusion:EEG topographic map had the advantages of noninvasive and goodreproducibility.It had important clinical significance in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis.
