舒适护理在血液科重症患者留置胃管操作中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在血液科重症患者留置胃管操作中的应用效果。方法:收治留置胃管的重症患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组胃管留置情况、误吸发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组胃管留置情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组误吸发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以降低留置胃管患者误吸发生率和提高护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in gastric intubation of severe patients indepartment of hematology.Methods:80 cases of severe patients with gastric intubation were divided into the observation group andthe control group randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given comfortablenursing on the basis of the control group.The condition of gastric intubation,incidence of microaspiration and nursing satisfactionbetween groups were compared.Results:The condition of gastric intubation in the observation group was significantly better thanthat in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of microaspiration in theobservation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing could reduce the incidence of microaspiration in patients with gastricintubation and improve the nursing satisfaction.
