摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药在早期康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治卒中患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予华法林和依达拉奉,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中医辨证施治,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均明显下降,观察组下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后Bethellngex评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药在早期康复治疗中的应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine in early rehabilitation therapy.Methods:80patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control groupwas given edaravone and warfarin.The observation group added TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of thecontrol group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the neurological deficits scores of twogroups were significantly decreased;the decline range of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the Bethellngex score between groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theapplication effect of traditional Chinese medicine in early rehabilitation therapy was significant.
