舒利迭治疗成人支气管哮喘对血浆血栓素B_2水平及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒利迭治疗成人支气管哮喘对血浆血栓素B_2水平及肺功能的影响。方法:收治成人轻、中度支气管哮喘患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用茶碱缓释片治疗,观察组采用舒利迭治疗,观察两组治疗前后血浆血栓素B_2水平以及肺功能用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_1)、最大呼吸流速(PEFR)指标。结果:治疗后,观察组血浆血栓素B_2(92.6±27.4)ng/L,明显低于对照组的(105.2±30.1)ng/L(P<0.05)。观察组的FEV_1(2.37±0.76)%,PEFR(5.96±2.15)L/s,明显高于对照组的(2.02±0.64)%和(5.08±2.04)L/s(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭能有效改善血浆血栓素B_2水平,改善肺功能。Objective:To explore the effect of seretide in the treatment of adult bronchial asthma on plasma thromboxane B2 leveland lung function.Methods:96 adult patients with mild and moderate bronchial asthma were selected,they were randomly dividedinto the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each.The control group was treated with theophyllinesustained-release tablets,the observation group was treated with seretide,we observed the plasma levels of thromboxane B2,forcedvital capacity(FVC),one second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),maximal expiratory flow(PEF) before and after treatment of thetwo groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the plasma thromboxane B2 was (92.6 ± 27.4)ng/L,which wassignificantly lower than (105.2 ± 30.1)ng/L of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,FEV1 was (2.37 ± 0.76)% ,PEFR was (5.96±2.15)L/s,which were significantly higher than (2.02±0.64)% and (5.08±2.04)L/s of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seretide can improve the pulmonary function and the level of plasma thromboxane B2.
