布地奈德联合孟鲁司特预防毛细支气管炎后喘息的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特预防毛细支气管炎后喘息的疗效。方法:将51例患者随机分为对照组(26例)和治疗组(25例),在急性期均采用相同的治疗。临床治愈后,对照组给予综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上应用布地奈德雾化混悬液吸入,并同时加用孟鲁司特颗粒口服。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德加孟鲁司特能有效预防毛细支气管炎后喘息反复发作,安全,可靠,不良反应少。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of budesonide combined with montelukast for preventing wheezing after capillarybronchitis.Methods:51 patients were randomly divided into the control group(26 cases) and the treatment group(25 cases).Thesame treatment was used in the acute stage.After clinical cure,the control group were given the comprehensive treatmen,thetreatment group were given nebulized budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation and combined with oral montelukastparticles on the basis of the comprehensive treatment.Results:The treatment group compared with the control group,there was avery significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with montelukast can effectively prevent recurrentwheezing after bronchiolitis,it is safe and reliable,and less adverse reaction.
