对指间关节内与关节周围骨折患者采用中空加压螺钉内固定治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察对指间关节内与关节周围骨折患者采用中空加压螺钉内固定治疗的临床效果。方法：收治外伤性指间关节内和关节周围骨折患者30例，给予中空加压螺钉内固定治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：30例患者经过手术后，伤口愈合程度均为甲级，平均术后随访(8.9±0.7)个月，骨折处均在8～16周后愈合，优秀25例，良好3例，尚可1例，较差1例，优良率93.33%。结论：中空加压螺钉是治疗指间关节内与关节周围骨折的优秀方法，临床价值较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hollow compression screw internal fixation in the treatment of patients withinterphalangeal joint and joint peripheral fracture.Methods:30 patients with traumatic interphalangeal joint and joint peripheralfracture were selected.They were given hollow compression screw internal fixation treatment.The treatment effect was observed.Results:After surgery,the wound healing degrees of 30 patients were class A,the average follow-up was(8.9 ± 0.7)months,thefracture sites were healed in 8 to 16 weeks,25 cases were excellent,3 cases were good,1 case was ok,1 case was poor,the excellentand good rate was 93.33% .Conclusion:The hollow compression screw is a excellent method in the treatment of interphalangealjoint and joint peripheral fracture,the clinical value is higher.
