银翘散加减治疗胃肠病38例的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨银翘散加减治疗胃肠病的效果。方法:收治胃肠病患者38例,所有患者均给予银翘散加减治疗。结果:治愈29例,好转6例,无效3例,总有效率92.1%。结论:银翘散对于以腹痛、腹胀为主,间或伴有发热的风热表证患者较为适宜。Objective:To explore the effect of Yin Qiao San adjusted in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.Methods:38patients with gastrointestinal disease were selected,all patients were given the treatment of Yin Qiao San.Results:29 cases werecured,6 cases were improved,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.1%.Conclusion:For the abdominal pain andabdominal distension mainly,sometimes with fever heat syndrome scale patients,Yin Qiao San is more appropriate.
