摘　　要：探讨残角子宫妊娠的正确处理方法,回顾性分析本院收治的残角子宫妊娠1例,入院后给予抑制宫缩对症治疗,10 d后发生残角子宫妊娠破裂,行剖宫取胎术,残角子宫切除术,左侧输卵管切除术,术后预后良好。To explore the correct treatment of rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy,retrospective analysis on 1 case ofrudimentary uterine horn pregnancy were treated in our hospital,symptomatic treatment with inhibited the contractions were givento this patients after admission,10 days later,occurrencing rupture of rudimentary uterine horn of pregnancy,then underwentcaesarean operation,residual uterus resection,and resection of the left fallopian tube surgery.This patient has a good prognosisafter treatment.
