摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对恶性淋巴瘤患者的不良情绪和遵医行为的影响。方法:收治恶性淋巴瘤患者70例,按照入院先后顺序分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理。结果:护理干预后,观察组焦虑和抑郁评分明显优于对照组,观察组遵医行为高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予恶性淋巴瘤患者心理护理,不仅可以缓解患者的紧张、焦虑情绪,在一定程度上还能提高患者的治疗依从性,从而确保治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the psychological nursing impact on unhealthy emotion and medical compliance of patients withmalignant lymphoma.Methods:70 patients with malignant lymphoma were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while in the observation group were given psychological care.Results:After the nursing intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly better than thosein the control group,and the medical compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing on the clinical treatment of patients with malignant lymphoma,not only can relieve the tensionand anxiety,but also can improve the treatment compliance of patients in a certain extent,so as to ensure the treatment effect.
