可吸收线缝合麦氏切口100例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用可吸收线缝合麦氏切口的效果。方法:回顾性分析可吸收缝线缝合麦氏切口患者100例的临床资料。结果:75例单纯性阑尾炎患者中,72例甲级愈合,皮下脂肪液化3例。化脓性阑尾炎患者中,轻度皮下感染3例,经皮下置管冲洗引流及红外线照射后均痊愈。坏疽穿孔及阑尾周围脓肿患者中,腹壁引流管拔出后形成腹壁窦道1例,经引流换药后痊愈。结论:可吸收线缝合麦氏切口可减少切口感染几率,降低手术并发症的发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of assimilable thread suturing mcburney incision.Methods:The clinical data of 100 cases of patients with mcburney incision sutured by assimilable thread were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among 75 cases of patients with simple appendicitis,72 cases had class A healing and 3 cases had subcutaneous liquefied fat.Among patients with suppurative appendicitis,3 cases with mild subcutaneous infection were cured by subcutaneous washing and drainage and infrared radiation.Among patients with gangrenous perforative appendicitis and periappendicural abscess,1 case with abdominal incision after drainage tube pulled out were cured by drainage and dressing change.Conclusion:Assimilable thread suturing mcburney incision could reduce the risk of wound infection and reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
