心理护理干预在围绝经妇女取环术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预在围绝经期妇女取环术中的应用价值。方法:收治要求取出宫内节育器的围绝经期的女性280例,随机分成两组,对照组80例,进行常规护理,观察组200例,在对照组的基础上进行心理干预。结果:观察组术后疼痛总体较对照组轻;观察组焦虑自评表、抑郁症自评量表、心率(HR),5 min平均动脉压(5 min MAP)均低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预明显降低绝经妇女取环术患者的焦虑、抑郁水平,提高护理质量。Objective:To investigate the application value of psychological nursing intervention in the patients with removal of intrauterine device during peri menopausal period.Methods:280 women who wanted to make a removal of intrauterine device during peri menopausal period were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.80 cases of the control group with conventional care,while 200 cases of the observation group were taken psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:The postoperative pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group.The self rating anxiety scale,self rating depression scale,heart rate (HR),5 min mean arterial pressure(5 min MAP)were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursingin tervention can significantly reduce the level of anxiety and depression of women with postmenopausal who took ring operation,and improve the quality of nursing.
