摘　　要：目的:探讨心房颤动或心房扑动引发心源性卒中后抗凝血治疗方法。方法:分析200例心房颤动或心房扑动引发脑卒中患者的抗凝血治疗资料。结果:52%的患者接受至少1次剂量的华法林,接受华法林与接受阿司匹林者相比,接受华法林者出血转换率较低(P=0.03);16例患者在出院3个月内再次因卒中住院。结论:华法林是心房颤动或心房扑动卒中高风险患者的重要预防药物,不增加不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the anticoagulant therapy method of cardiogenic stroke caused by atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.Methods:We analyzed the anticoagulant therapy data of 200 patients with cardiogenic stroke caused by atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.Results:52% of the patients received at least 1 time doses of warfarin.Compared with those who received aspirin,the bleeding conversion rate of warfarin treatment patients was low(P=0.03);16 patients were admitted to hospital within 3 months after discharge.Conclusion:Warfarin is an important drug for the prevention of atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter in patients with a high risk of stroke,and without increasing the incidence of adverse events.
