摘　　要：目的：总结经导管射频消融治疗特发性室性心动过速患者的经验。方法：30例特发性室性心动过速患者均经导管射频消融进行治疗，并加强术前、术中和术后的护理。结果：30例患者均成功治疗，无并发症发生，成功率100.0%，经过4～11个月的随访，30例患者均未出现并发症。结论：加强经导管射频消融术前、术中和术后的护理，可以提高特发性室性心动过速患者的护理质量和临床疗效。Objective:To summarize the experience of radiofrequency catheter ablation in the treatment of patients with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia.Methods:30 patients with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia were given radiofrequency catheter ablation treatment.The preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing were strengthened.Results:30 patients were successfully treated without complications,and the success rate was 100% .After 4 to 11 months of follow-up,30 patients were not complications.Conclusion:Strengthening the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing of radiofrequency catheter ablation can improve the nursing quality and clinical curative effect of patients with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia.
