摘　　要：本文对1例维吾尔族患者使用丹参川芎嗪注射液发生过敏休克反应进行探讨,提示该不良反应可能与民族基因差异性有关。丹参川芎嗪注射液引起不良反应发生率男性患者高于女性患者,这可能与心脑血管疾病的性别特征有关。This paper discusses 1 uygur patient using salvia ligustrazine injection caused allergic shock,and it suggests that the adverse reaction may be related to the national genetic differences.The incidence rate of adverse reactions induced by salvia ligustrazine injection in salvia ligustrazine injection is higher than that of female patients,which may be related to the gender characteristics of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
