摘　　要：目的:探讨双钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折术后骨不连的临床效果。方法:收治肱骨中下段骨折术后骨不连患者49例,行双钢板内固定+自体植骨治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,VAS疼痛评分和Constant-Murley评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),切口愈合良好,骨折愈合时间(5.70±1.02)个月。结论:双钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折术后骨不连的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of double plate in the treatment of nonunion of middle-inferior femoral fractures after operation.Methods:49 patients with nonunion of middle-inferior femoral fractures after operation were selected.They were treated with double plate fixation and autogenous bone graft.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS pain score and Constant-Murley score were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05).The wound healing was good.The fracture healing time was (5.70±1.02) months.Conclusion:The clinical effect of double plate in the treatment of nonunion of middle-inferior femoral fractures after operation was significant.
