摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术围术期优质护理方法。方法:收治肾结石患者135例,分为护理组78例和对照组57例,两组均行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,对照组采取常规护理,护理组采取优质护理。对比两组并发症发生情况。结果:护理组并发症发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用优质护理方法能有效改善软性输尿管肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石的临床效果。Objective:To discuss nursing methods of patients with holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral soft mirror.Methods:135 patients with renal calculus were selected.They were divided into the nursing group with 78 cases and the control group with 77 cases.They were given holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral soft mirror.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the nursing group were given high quality nursing. The incidence of complications between groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications of the nursing group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of high quality nursing method can effectively improve the flexible ureteroscope holmium laser for the treatment of renal calculi.
