摘　　要：目的:分析不同年龄段先天性肌性斜颈婴儿康复的疗效。方法:收治先天性肌性斜颈婴儿75例,根据年龄分为3组,采用物理因子、优化手法、姿势纠正等方法综合治疗,评价各组疗效。结果:《先天性肌性斜颈功能评分》显示各组治疗后评分较治疗前明显增加。0^+～3个月组的治愈率与6^+～12个月组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗婴儿先天性肌性斜颈疗效确切,3个月龄内疗效最显著。Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation therapy for infants with congenital muscular torticollis at different ages.Methods:75 infants with congenital muscular torticollis were selected,they were divided into the 3 groups according to the age,all patients were treated by physical factors,optimization techniques,posture correction and other methods,we evaluated the efficacy of each group.Results:The functional score of congenital muscular torticollis showed that the scores of each group were significantly increased compared with those before the treatment.There was significant difference in the cure rate between the 0+ ～ 3 months group and the 6+ ～ 12 months group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on congenital muscular torticollis is significant,the therapeutic effect was the most significant within 3 months of age.
