摘　　要：目的:探讨通视达可视喉镜B镜片配合导丝引导对全麻患者解除困难气管插管的应用体会。方法:收治气管插管困难患者8例,采用通视达可视喉镜B镜片配合导丝引导进行插管,观察效果。结果:8例患者均插管成功。结论:通视达可视喉镜B镜片配合导丝引导对全麻患者困难气管插管的成功率高,并发症少。Objective:To explore the application experience of Tongshida glidescope B lens combined with guide wire for relieving the difficulty of tracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia.Methods:8 patients with difficulty of tracheal intubation were selected.They were treated with Tongshida glidescope B lens combined with guide wire for relieving the difficulty of tracheal intubation.We observed the effect.Results:8 patients were intubated successfully.Conclusion:The success rate of Tongshida glidescope B lens combined with guide wire for relieving the difficulty of tracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia was high,and the complications were less.
