糖尿病视网膜病变行眼底激光光凝疗法128例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼底激光光凝疗法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法:收治糖尿病视网膜病变患者128例,随机分为对照组38例和试验组90例,对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,试验组采用眼底激光光凝疗法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率85.56%,明显高于对照组的51.31%,并发症发生率10.56%,明显低于对照组的23.68%(P<0.05)。结论:眼底激光光凝疗法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床效果十分显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fundus laser photocoagulation therapy for diabetic retinopathy.Methods:128 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group with 38 cases and the experimental group with 90 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with calcium dobesilate,while patients in the experimental group were treated with fundus laser photocoagulation therapy.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency of treatment of 85.56% was significantly higher than 51.31% of the control group,and the complication rate of 10.56% was significantly lower than 23.68% of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of fundus laser photocoagulation therapy for diabetic retinopathy was significant.
