挂线配合多胶管引流治疗高位蹄铁型肛周脓肿5例的疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨挂线配合多胶管引流治疗高位蹄铁型肛周脓肿的效果。方法：收治高位蹄铁型肛周脓肿患者5例，全部给予挂线配合多胶管引流治疗。结果：5例患者均1次治愈，术后随访0.5～1年，除1例患者肛门黏液状分泌物持续3个月左右，肛门功能均正常。结论：挂线配合多胶管引流治疗高位蹄铁型肛周脓肿，一期根治疗效佳，能很大程度地减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担。Objective:To study the effect of hanging line with multi tube drainage in the treatment of high horseshoe shaped perianal abscess.Methods:5 patients with high horseshoe shaped perianal abscess were selected,and all of those patients were given hanging line with multi tube drainage treatment.Results:All those 5 patients were cured at once,then followed-up for 0.5 ～ 1 years,4 patients had normal anal function,except 1 patient with anal mucous secretions that lasts about 3 months.Conclusion:Hanging line with multi tube drainage in the treatment of high horseshoe shaped perianal abscess has good effect on one stage radical,which can reduce the patient’s pain and the economic burden greatly.
