摘　　要：股骨颈骨折是老年人常见骨折,随着人口老龄化,发病率日益增加。目前此类骨折多以手术治疗,行内固定或髋关节置换。通过查阅髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的相关文献,本文从适应人群、优缺点对比等方面进行综述。Femoral neck fracture is a common fracture in the elderly.With the aging of the population,the incidence rate isincreasing.At present,patients with this fracture are often given surgical treatment,internal fixation or hip replacement.Throughconsulting the related literatures about hip replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture,the author summarizesfrom intended population,comparison of advantages and disadvantages other aspects in this article.
