摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素4与儿童支气管哮喘的特异性。方法:收治支气管哮喘患儿72例作为哮喘组,体检的健康儿童72例作为对照组,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法分别检测两组血清IL-4水平。结果:哮喘组血清IL-4水平中位值12.6μg/L,明显高于对照组的1.5μg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:白细胞介素-4与儿童支气管哮喘有明显的相关性。Objective:To study the specificity of interleukin-4 and childhood bronchial asthma.Methods:72 cases of children withbronchial asthma were as the asthma group.72 cases of healthy children were as the control group.The serum IL-4 levels of thetwo groups were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA.Results:The median serum IL-4 level in the asthma group was12.6 μ g/L,which was higher than1.5 μ g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Interleukin-4 was significant correlated with childhood bronchial asthma.
