摘  要:在医疗大数据的时代,医院面对医疗付费制度的改革、医师多点执业和社会办医等诸多挑战。医院精细化管理是医院走向现代化医院的必由之路,以患者为中心,以持续质量改进为目标,搭建科学的医院质量组织体系、完善医院信息化综合平台,充分发挥医院院级质量管理部门在制度制定、执行督查以及数据处理方面的功能是实现医院质量精细化管理的可行方法。In the era of large medical data,hospitals faced with the reform of the hospital medical payment system,multi-sitephysician practice and socially-run medical services,and many other challenges.The hospital precise management is the only waywhich can take the hospital to modern hospital.Taking patients as the center,through continuous quality improvement as the goal,building the hospital quality scientific organization system,improving the comprehensive platform of hospital information system,giving full play to college level of hospital quality management departments in formulating and implementing the supervisionsystem and the data processing function are the feasible methods of hospital quality precise management.
