低温疗法在46例脑挫裂伤中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨亚低温疗法在重型颅脑损伤救治中的应用。方法:将46例重型颅脑损伤患者随即分两组各23例,对照组行脱水、止血、激素抗炎及手术治疗;治疗组采用亚冬眠及手术疗法。结果:治疗组治疗后1 d、3 d、7 d的ICP、CPD、SDD明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低温疗法明显提高治疗颅脑损伤的疗效,提高患者生存率和生活质量。Objective:To investigate the application of mild hypothermia therapy in the treatment of severe brain injury.Methods:46 patients with severe brain injury were randomly divided into the two groups with 23 cases in each.Patients in the control groupwere treated with dehydration,hemostasis,hormone anti-inflammatory and surgical treatment,while the treatment group weretreated with sub hibernation and surgical treatment.Results:The ICP,CPD and SDD in the treatment group were was significantlybetter than the control group at the 1th,3th and the 7th day after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hypothermia therapy can significantly improve the curative effect of brain injury and improve the survival rate and lifequality.
