摘　　要：目的:探讨奥美拉唑预防尿毒症患者消化道出血的效果。方法:收治尿毒症患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用奥美拉唑,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在治疗组,消化道出血发生率显著低于对照组,消化系统不适症状改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑可以有效预防尿毒症患者消化道出血。Objective:To explore the preventive effect of omeprazole on gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with uremia.Methods:100 uremic patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control groupwas given conventional treatment.The treatment group was treated with omeprazole based on the control group.We compared thetreatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding was significantly lowerthan that of the control group,and the rate of improvement of the digestive system was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole can effectively prevent gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with uremia.
