Objective:To explore the curative effect of artificial double action femoral head replacement in the minimally invasiveposterior lateral approach in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:90 elderly patients with femoralneck fracture were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each. Two groups all accepted artificial double action femoral head replacement in the minimally invasive posterior lateral approach.During the operation,in the observation group, external rotators were sutured, and in the control group, and external rotators did notbe sutured. We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results:In the observation group, the time of postoperative pain, the first time of activity under the ground after operation, the incidence of lower limb dislocation and internal rotation weresignificantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of artificial double action femoral headreplacement in the minimally invasive posterior lateral approach in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracturewas better.During the operation, the suture of external rotator group can reduce the incidence of lower limb dislocation and internalrotation and improve the prognosis.
