膝关节镜配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节屈膝畸形的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨、分析膝关节镜配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节屈膝畸形的临床效果。方法:收治膝关节屈膝畸形患者178例,平分为两组,观察组应用膝关节镜配合功能锻炼,对照组采用膝关节镜下清理治疗,对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后MMT(徒手肌力检查)、AROM(主动关节活动度)及Muller稳定性等各项情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的治疗前后MMT、AROM及Muller稳定性等各项情况明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节屈膝畸形效果显著,安全,可行性高。Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of knee arthroscopy combined with of functional exercise inthe treatment of knee flexion deformity.Methods:178 patients with knee flexion deformity were selected,they were divided into thetwo groups on average,the observation group used knee arthroscopy combined with of functional exercise for treatment,while thecontrol group was treated with arthroscopic debridement,the treatment effect of the two groups,and the MMT(manual muscle test),AROM(active range of motion) and Muller stability were compared before and after the treatment of the two groups.Results:Aftertreatment,the MMT,AROM and Muller stability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of knee arthroscopy combined withfunctional exercise in treatment of knee flexion deformity is obvious,with high safety and feasibility.
