明胶海绵在动静脉内瘘穿刺点渗血中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨明胶海绵预防动静脉内瘘穿刺点渗血的效果。方法:将92例动静脉内瘘血管通路行血液透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,分别采用穿刺点上方覆盖明胶海绵后再使用创可贴覆盖或直接在穿刺点上方覆盖创可贴预防穿刺点渗血。结果:观察组穿刺点渗血发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:动静脉内瘘穿刺点采用明胶海绵局部止血是预防动静脉穿刺点渗血的有效方法。Objective:To investigate the effect of gelatin sponge on the prevention of bleeding in the puncture point ofarteriovenous fistula.Methods:92 patients with dynamic intravenous fistula vascular access for hemodialysis were randomlydivided into the observation group and the control group,with 46 cases in each.They were given band aid coverage after covered bygelatin sponge above the puncture point or directly cover band aid above the puncture point respectively,to prevent the puncturesite bleeding.Results:The incidence rate of puncture point in the observation group was significantly less than that in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the local hemostasis of gelatin sponge in the puncture point of arteriovenous fistula is aneffective method to prevent the blood from vein puncture point.
