摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口纤维胆道镜微创保胆取石术的安全性及可行性。方法:回顾性分析50例行小切口纤维胆道镜微创保胆取石术患者的临床资料,统计、分析并发症及术后疗效。结果:随访50例患者中,均未出现并发症,术后平均随访10个月无结石复发患者。结论:小切口纤维胆道镜微创保胆取石术安全可行。Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of Small incision fiber bile duct endoscope minimally invasivegallbladder preserving surgery.Methods:50 patients treated with small incision and small incision fiber bile duct stone wereselected.Postoperative curative effect were analyzed retrospectively.Results: In 50 cases followed-up,there were no one withcomplications.The average follow-up period was 10 months without recurrence.Conclusion:Small incision fiber bile ductendoscopy has safety and feasibility.
