颗粒状膨体聚四氟乙烯额面部充填术研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨颗粒状膨体聚四氟乙烯应用于额面部充填术的临床效果。方法:收治面部凹陷、需面部充填术治疗的患者30例,均在本院行颗粒状膨体聚四氟乙烯额面部充填术,观察临床疗效,并监测术后并发症情况。结果:本组受试者创口均获得Ⅰ期闭合,优良率93.33%。患者对手术效果满意28例,其中患者术后6个月再次充填后获得满意效果2例。结论:颗粒状膨体聚四氟乙烯应用于额面部充填术临床疗效可靠,充填效果较好,切口小且隐蔽,术后并发症较少,该术式安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of granulated expanded polytetrafluoroethylene applied in the augmentationof the face and forehead.Methods:30 patients with facial depression who need to be treated by augmentation were selected.Allof them were treated with augmentation of the face and forehead with granulated expanded polytetrafluoroethylene.We observedthe clinical curative effect,and monitored the postoperative complications.Results:All wound of the subjects were primary closed.The excellent rate was 93.33%.28 patients were satisfied with the operation effect.The satisfactory results were obtained in 2 patientsafter 6 months of operation who were filled again.Conclusion:The clinical effect of granulated expanded polytetrafluoroethyleneapplied in the augmentation of the face and forehead is reliable,with good filling effect;the incision is small and subtle,and thepostoperative complications are few;the safety of the operation is high.
