四子散贴敷加清肺定喘汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析支气管哮喘采取四子散贴敷加清肺定喘汤联合西药治疗的临床疗效。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者166例,分两组,各83例。对照组单纯接受西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上接受四子散贴敷加清肺定喘汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率96.39%,高于对照组的79.52%,两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论:对支气管哮喘患者的治疗,在常规西药治疗基础上联合四子散贴敷加清肺定喘汤可取得良好效果,且用药安全性好。Objective:To analyze the effect of Sizi powder paste with Qingfei Dingchuan decoction combined with westernmedicine in treating bronchial asthma.Methods:166 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were divided into twogroups,each of 83 cases.The control group were only received western medicine.The observation group in the conventional westernmedicine treatment on the basis of accept Sizi powder paste deposited with Qingfei Dingchuan decoction in treating.Clinical effectwas compared between groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.39%,higher than 79.52% of the controlgroup.The two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Treatment of bronchial asthma patients,onthe basis of the conventional western medicine treatment combined with Sizi powder paste with Qingfei Dingchuan decoction canachieve good effect and safety of drugs.
