T淋巴细胞亚群测定与带状疱疹后遗神经痛关系及指导干预的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究T淋巴细胞亚群与带状疱疹后遗神经痛发病的关系。方法:测定接受不同治疗方案的两组患者治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群值并进行比较。结果:50例带状疱疹患者经转移因子治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4\CD8明显高于治疗前,且带状疱疹后遗神经痛发病率显著降低;21例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者CD3、CD4、CD4\CD8均明显低于对照组。结论:带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者T淋巴细胞亚群免疫功能低下,加用转移因子能有效预防带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生。Objective:To study on the relationship between T lymphocyte subsets and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:We made comparison of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood before and after treatment in the two groups of patientswith different treatment plans and the control group.Results:The CD3,CD4 and CD4\CD8 of 50 patients with herpes zoster aftertreatment with transfer factor were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the incidence rate of postherpeticneuralgia decreased significantly.The CD3,CD4 and CD4\CD8 of 21 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were significantly lowerthan the control group.Conclusion:Patients with postherpetic neuralgia has a low immune function of T lymphocyte subsets,withtransfer factor can effectively prevent the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia.
