摘　　要：目的：比较两种部位接种DTaP-IPV/Hib 五联疫苗在安全性、不良反应及临床适应性等方面的差异。方法：收治接种DTaP-IPV/Hib 五联疫苗儿童122 例，分别采用大腿前外侧肌内注射法和上臂三角肌注射法，进行对比研究。结果：接种人员认为上臂三角肌注射法接种DTaP-IPV/Hib 五联疫苗操作更方便，受种儿童家长配合方便(P＜0.05)。结论：上臂三角肌注射法接种DTaP-IPV/Hib五联疫苗操作方便。Objective:To compare the difference between the two kinds of parts were inoculated with DTaP-IPV/Hib combinedvaccine in safety,adverse reactions and clinical adaptability.Methods:122 children with vaccination DTaP-IPV/Hib pentavalentvaccine were selected,using anterolateral thigh muscle injection and upper arm deltoid injection method,comparative study.Results:The vaccinated individuals think of upper arm deltoid injection inoculation DTaP-IPV/Hib pentavalent vaccine theoperation more convenient and,by the children's parents with convenient(P<0.05).Conclusion:The upper arm deltoid inoculationDTaP-IPV/Hib pentavaccine convenient operation.
