摘　　要：目的:探讨分层式健康教育在高龄军休糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:收治高龄2型糖尿病患者60例,采取分层式健康教育,试验前后采集空腹静脉血,计算患者及照料者糖尿病自我管理比率。结果:患者接受分层教育后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病自我管理比率与接受教育前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);照料者接受分层式健康教育后量表得分同教育前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层式健康教育无硬件需求,简单易行,适合应用。Objective:To investigate the application effect of stratified health education in retired army elderly patients withdiabetes.Methods:60 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They were taken a stratified health education,fasting venousblood was collected before and after the experiment.We calculated for patients and caregivers of diabetes self-management ratio.Results:There were significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and diabetes self management of patients after stratified education than before the education(P<0.05).The scale scores ofcaregivers taken hierarchical health education had a significant difference compared with before the education(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stratified health education without hardware requirements,simple and easy to operate,which is suitable for application.
