轻比重布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉在老年精神病患者下肢手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨轻比重布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于老年精神病患者下肢手术的应用效果。方法:收治腰硬-联合麻醉实施下肢手术的老年精神病患者40例,分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组采用连续硬膜外麻醉,观察组采用小剂量轻比重腰硬-联合麻醉。结果:对照组麻醉后10 min、15 min的SBP与麻醉前基础血压比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组感觉阻滞和运动阻滞起效时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量轻比重布比卡因腰硬-联合麻醉用于老年精神病患者下肢手术血压更平稳,麻醉效果更满意。Objective:To investigate the effect of light specific gravity bupivacaine of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in theoperation of lower limb in elderly patients with mental disorders.Methods:40 elderly patients with lower limb operation undercombined spinal epidural anesthesia were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 20cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with continuous epidural anesthesia,while the observation group usingsmall dose of light specific gravity combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Results:In the control group,the SBP both in 10 min and15 min after anesthesia were lower than before the anesthesia,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);onset timeof sensory block and motor block in the observation group were significantly shorter than in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose of light specific gravity bupivacaine combined spinal epiduralanesthesia for elderly patients with lower limb surgery,blood pressure is more stable,and the effect of anesthesia more satisfied.
