氧化锌软膏与炉甘石洗剂治疗过敏性皮炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较氧化锌软膏与炉甘石洗剂治疗过敏性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:收治过敏性皮炎患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予氧化锌软膏治疗,研究组给予复方炉甘石洗剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组总有效率98.0%,对照组总有效率88.5%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:炉甘石洗剂和氧化锌软膏治疗过敏性皮炎临床疗效显著。Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect of zinc oxide ointment and calamine lotion in the treatment ofallergic dermatitis.Methods:100 cases of patients with allergic dermatitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control groupwas treated with zinc oxide ointment,and the research group was treated with calamine lotion.The clinical curative effect of the twogroups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 98.0%,and that of the control group was 88.5%.There was no significant difference of the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Calamine lotion andzinc oxide ointment had significant curative effect in the treatment of allergic dermatitis.
