摘 要:目的:探讨星级护士评选活动方法,提高护士工作积极性,促进护理工作质量。方法:本着公平、公开、公正的原则,每半年评选一次,考核内容分职业道德、沟通与协调能力、工作能力、满意度测评、专业技能考核四大部分。星级护士分三级,分数越高星级越高。结果:自开展星级护士评选活动以来,大大提高了护理人员的工作积极性,护士素质、护理质量得到了进一步提高,患者满意度得到提升,使医院的社会效益和经济效益同步增长。结论:行之有效的护士星级管理能够提升护理队伍的整体素质,提高护理质量和工作效率。Objective:To explore the method of selecting the star nurses,to improve the nurses' working enthusiasm and promotethe quality of nursing work.Methods:In a fair,open and fair principle,we carried out a selection activities every half year,theexamination content included professional ethics,communication and coordination ability,work ability, satisfaction evaluation andprofessional skills.The star nurses were divided into three grades,the higher the score,the higher the star.Results:Since thedevelopment of star nurses selection activities,the nursing staff's work enthusiasm was greatly improved,the quality of nurses andnursing quality had been further improved,the patient satisfaction was improved,the hospital social efficiency and economicefficiency got the synchronous growth.Conclusion:The effective star nurses management can improve the overall quality of nursingstaff,and improve the quality of care and work efficiency.
