摘　　要：目的:探讨MR频率选择压脂法对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝中的诊断价值。方法:选取40只雄性Wiatar大鼠(鼠龄4周),随机分成实验组(30只)及对照组(10只),实验组给予高胆固醇、高脂喂饲,对照组给予普通喂饲。12周后行血脂生化、MRI及病理组织检查,将两组的血脂生化指标、频率选择压脂技术测得的肝脏脂肪分数(HFF)与病理结果比较并分析其相关性。结果:两组血脂生化指标差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),但实验组各观察亚组间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。频率选择压脂技术肝脏HFF与病理测得的脂肪变肝细胞比例呈正相关(r=0.77)。结论:MR频率选择压脂法对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的诊断及分级的判定有较高的价值。Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of MR frequency selective pressure fat method on nonalcoholic fatty liver inrats.Methods:40 cases of male Wiatar rats(4 weeks old) were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(30rats) and the control group(10 rats).The experimental group was given high cholesterol and high fat feeding.The control group wasgiven normal feeding.After 12 weeks,the blood lipid biochemistry,MRI and pathological tissue were examined.The blood lipidbiochemistry indexes,hepar fat fraction(HFF) by frequency selective pressure fat technology of two groups were compared with thepathological results,and their correlations were analyzed.Results:The differences of blood lipid biochemistry indexes betweengroups were statistically significant(all P<0.05),but the differences between each observation subgroups in the experimentalgroup were no statistically significant(all P>0.05).The HFF of frequency selective pressure fat technology had the positivecorrelation with fatty liver cell ratio by pathology(r=0.77).Conclusion:MR frequency selective pressure fat method has a high valueon the diagnosis and classification decision of nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats.
